Privacy Policy

We deliberately keep data collection to a minimum. For an account we store your user identity (user ID and email address), your subscription or beta plan status, and the date and time of your last login. We also store the devices and sessions linked to your account so we can enforce plan limits and keep your account secure.

Locally in your browser we store your language choice, your saved tournament tabs and your followed players so the app works the way you left it.

We do not sell your data, we do not run advertising profiles, and we do not collect payment card details (payments, when available, are handled by our payment provider).

The app fetches and displays publicly available tournament and leaderboard information from third-party sources such as mingolf.golf.se, golfdata.se, danish.golf, Golf Genius and Clippd Scoreboard. This content is fetched and temporarily cached only to display results to you and to reduce load on the source websites. It is processed in compliance with fair use and public data regulations, remains the property of its respective source, and we do not store personally identifiable information (PII) about players or other individuals from those external sites beyond what is already published publicly in the results.

If you are a rights holder and believe content should not be displayed, contact us and we will remove it.

We process account data on the basis of the contract to provide the service and our legitimate interest in keeping it secure. Account data is kept for as long as your account exists, and is deleted when you delete your account.

You can access, export and delete your data at any time from Account → Privacy & Data. "Download my data" exports your identity, plan and last login as JSON. "Delete my account" permanently removes your user record, plan history, devices and session logs.

We use essential cookies and local storage for sign-in, security and session limits. Preference and analytics storage is optional and controlled through the consent banner.
