Terms of Service

KITE Golf Leader Board aggregates and displays publicly available golf tournament results and rankings. It is an independent viewer and is not affiliated with, endorsed by or operated by any tour, federation or results provider. The service is currently in beta by invitation and is provided "as is" without warranty of availability, accuracy, completeness or fitness for a particular purpose. Always refer to the official organiser for authoritative standings.

You must be at least 16 to create your own account. Children below that age may only use a seat in a family group created by their parent or legal guardian, who is responsible for that seat.

You are responsible for keeping your credentials secure and for all activity on your account. Accounts are personal and may not be shared or resold.

The base subscription covers the primary account with up to 2 registered devices and 1 active session at a time. A family group can add up to 6 additional members; each member gets their own account with the same 2 devices and 1 active session. If you sign in on another device while a session is active, you will be asked whether to continue there and end the other session.

Family seats inherit the plan of the primary payer. The primary account can add or remove seats at any time; removing a seat revokes that member's paid access.

New subscriptions start with a 7-day free trial. No payment is taken during the trial. If you do not cancel at least 24 hours before the trial ends, the subscription converts to a paid plan and you are charged the monthly price shown.

Subscriptions bought in the iOS or Android app are processed by Apple In-App Purchase or Google Play Billing. Prices are shown in the app before purchase and include applicable tax. Subscriptions renew automatically for the same period unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the end of the current period; your account is charged within 24 hours of renewal.

Manage or cancel a subscription in your Apple ID or Google Play account settings — deleting the app does not cancel it. Refunds are handled by Apple or Google under their terms; we cannot issue refunds for store purchases.

EU/EEA consumers have a 14-day right of withdrawal for digital services. By starting to use the service immediately you agree that performance begins at once and acknowledge that the withdrawal right lapses once the service has been fully delivered. Where the purchase was made through Apple or Google, exercise the right through them.

Do not scrape, resell or bulk-extract the service, interfere with its operation, attempt to bypass device or session limits, upload unlawful content, or use the service in a way that breaches the terms of the underlying data sources or applicable law.

Tournament data is retrieved from third-party public sources and remains the property of those sources and their rights holders. We cache it briefly for performance and make it available for your personal, non-commercial use. All other content, branding and software in the app belongs to Kitecreation AB. If you are a rights holder and believe content should not be displayed, contact us and we will remove it.

We may change, suspend or discontinue features, and beta access may be granted, limited or withdrawn. We will give reasonable notice of changes that materially reduce a paid plan. If we materially change these terms, we will notify you in the app; continued use after the change means you accept the updated terms.

Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, including for death, personal injury or fraud, or your mandatory consumer rights. Subject to that, our aggregate liability is limited to the amount you paid for the service in the 12 months before the claim, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, or for decisions made on the basis of results shown in the app.

You can delete your account and all associated data at any time from Account → Privacy & Data. We may suspend or terminate accounts that breach these terms or that we are required to remove by law.

These terms are governed by Swedish law, without prejudice to the mandatory consumer protection rules of your country of residence. Disputes may be brought before the competent courts of Sweden or your place of residence; EU consumers may also use the European Commission's online dispute resolution platform.
