Terms of Service

KITE Golf Leader Board aggregates and displays publicly available golf tournament results. The service is currently available in beta by invitation only and is provided "as is", without warranty of availability, accuracy or fitness for a particular purpose.

You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for activity on your account. Accounts are personal. The Individual Pro plan allows up to three registered devices and one active session at a time; it is not a family or shared plan.

Do not attempt to scrape, resell, or automate bulk extraction of the service, interfere with its operation, or use it to break the terms of the underlying data sources.

Tournament data is retrieved from third-party public sources and remains the property of those sources. We cache it briefly for performance and display it for personal, non-commercial use. We cannot guarantee that results shown are complete, current or official — always refer to the official source for authoritative standings.

Beta access may be granted, limited or withdrawn at our discretion. We may change these terms; continued use after a change means you accept the updated terms.

You can delete your account at any time from Account → Privacy & Data. We may suspend accounts that breach these terms.
